Call your ob-gyn and tell him or her you want a referral to a specialist, particularly someone who specializes in dealing with endometriosis.  I don't know that is what you have, but once you are in the hands of a specialist, he or she will be able to guide you from there.

Contact a reproductive endocrinologist and see if he specializes in removing endometriosis, and if he does, ask for a complete workup to see if that is what you have.  Some doctors to laparoscopic surgery for this, but it takes a really experienced one to get it all.  You won't find this expert hanging around the ER, you need to go to a specialist.
