low amh level

Hi
I have a 2 year old daughter and after trying again for 1 year we had an ectopic which resulted in my left fallopian tube being removed, they have since said that my amh level is 1 and that this means that i will never be able to conceive again, however after reading load on the net and coming accross this site i see a lot of women have lower levels than me and have been given ivf or drugs i wondered if anyone in the uk has been given any help like this and if so has it worked? am going back to docs this week to ask loads of questions see what they come up with.
thanks

My amh level is 0.1 so I am interested in what your RE has to say.  Mine recommended IUI with clomid, if that doesn't work IUI with injectables and then if I have eggs, IVF.  Still waiting for my cycle to start the first IUI...good luck!
