low basal temp

I've recently been charting my basal body temperature in order to pinpoint ovulation, I've been doing it for 12 days.  I'm taking the temp first thing every morning at around the same time before doing anything else.  The temps have ranged from 98.4-94.5, with the lowest reading being this morning.  I'm concerned because 9 of the readings are below 96.4 degrees, which seems to be quite low based o my research.

Mine were pretty constant at the 95-96 range and only ever get up to 97 when pregnant.  Nothing to be concerned about!...well except it is hard to find printable charts in that range lol!

Hi there -
When charting BBT's you've gotta see the forest through the trees. Once you've done a whole cycle, you'll most likely see the general pattern -- regardless of the actual temps. Temps can be influenced greatly by many things... mine were always 'higher' than those of others, but my charts definitely had a shape and when I actually O'ed it was super obvious. My advice would be to keep charting your cycle, taking your temp at the same time every morning, and just wait to see the pattern over the month. If at the end of your month there is no true pattern, and it really looks like a stock-market graph, up down up down, then you might need to look into what's causing erratic temps. But for now, just stay with it, and then you'll see you have basic lows, followed by a rise, and then basic highs til your AF starts. It may take even a few cycles to 'see' the forest!
GOOD LUCK and KEEP CHARTING!!!
