Yes you can dear......we jus want a healty sperm & a quality egg for fetilization....dont worry please done be tensed...ask ur husbank to take strawberries ,sea foods like fish & ETC....ask him to tak Milk....things will move into positive mode....

Yes you can. My husband was diagnosed with the same problem, we did an ICSI IVF and sperm worked.
