missed abortion

On the 19 of February the doctor sent my blood work out because my urine and blood test both came up negative. I called on a Thursday  which was the 6 of march said that the blood lab work confirmed positive. I started bleeding 14 0f march which is around my period. I went to emergency room to make sure everything was okay the doctor did a pelvic exam said that it was closed which was a good sign the baby is okay. Did a sonogram but couldn't find a baby so they think I miscarried then he told me my blood work said im still pregnant but that it could be to early. He told me I have a cyst on my right ovary that split in cells I should get it check for cancer then sent me home with paper wirk that saids I had a missed abortion. Am u pregnant ir not I still feel pregnant I never had extreme cramps or none at all I never bleed enough to fill up a pad its now spotting and almost gone its been five days since I started bleeding does anyone know ir happened to you please anwser back

I had a chemical pregnancy a year ago and my body said I was pregnant but they couldn't find a heart beat. That could be it but I didn't have my period or anything. How far along would you be??

I don't know if this helps but there are different types of pregnancies, one is also a chemical pregnancy where your body chemical tells you your pregnant but its too early and you can end up having a miscarriage.
Quite a lot of women have chemical pregnancies without even realising - (hence positive tests but no baby ) and then they have a period but with that period they loss the egg without realising.

Spotting can be a cause of many things Hun, an eptopic pregnancy is where the egg latches on to the tubes and starts to grow. More often of not its very painful and needs an operation to stop the pregnancy. (Sometimes just drugs are given) and they would scan to see the tubes.

I think you may need to go back to the doctors Hun and explain your concern :-) x

It sounds very complex to me Hun, best advice I can offer is a visit back to your gp. X
