MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hi there,
Most women will begin to ovulate within six weeks of removal. Fertility levels will return to what they were before Implanon insertion. In PCOS there is irregular ovulation. In women who are not planning to conceive oral contraceptive pills which contain a combination of estrogen and progesterone can help in regularizing the periods. Another medication is  Provera .It is an oral medication which is taken for 5 to 10 days and will bring on a period. You may need a blood test prior to beginning this medication to confirm that you are not pregnant. For more queries and assistance visit a gynecologist. Hope it helped.
Best luck and regards!
