period or pregnant???

my period is two weeks late and i had 2 days of spotting around the time i was suppose to get my period but it was really light pink and i didnt use a pad or tampon...there was barely anything there. I also ovulated late and had intercourse without anytpye of protection. Now today i started spotting a little its more redish now. Can this be a late period or pregnancy? ive also been feeling sick around certain things and smells and have been getting constant headaches and back aches

ive taken 2 pregnancy test and they both came back negative but everyone has told me that it would be too soon. again i ovulated late in my cycle. now im very confused because of all the bleeding. today i woke up with blood dripping down my leg. ive been havin stomache pains but only mild. i used a pad a tampon to be safe and when i when to go use the bathroom i didnt realize it but the blood had gone thru the tampon and soaked the pad and went thru my jeans.....it sounds like a misscarriage but i never had a positive test so idkkkk!
