should i get excited
I'm 42 just got a pos pregnancy test after 12 days of a 4 embryo implantation. My 12 day hcg was 210, my 14 day hcg was 580...I wanna b excited but I too scared becuz I'm older
Congrats of course be excited!! I'm a fellow 42 yr old and currently into my 12th week with one bubu after transferring 2 blasts. I know exactly how you feel - I really couldn't feel relaxed until our 10 week ultrasound confirmed baby was still growing with a strong heartbeat. Just released to my OB and no more meds or shots! I think your numbers are great though... sending my best wishes to you all!

congrats!!! i am excited for u. get excited and enjoy every minute of it. I understand the wanting thing. it is hard but i can tell u form experience that it is worth waiting to tell everyone but your parents. my mama and mother in law have know about each pregnancy and each mc. Not every one knew about the 2nd or 3rd pregnancy.

Congrats on your pregnancy. Yes it is ok to get excited, your beta numbers are rising wonderfully. As for the age issue, I am only 3 years younger than you and I did my first IVF transfer in February and I am now 17 weeks pregnant with twins. 42 is not that old. I've seen women older have success on this forum. I understand the being nervous because I was a little nervous myself all the way up to 2nd trimester. Good luck and I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.
I did 3 dy transfer. I did 4 embryo becuz I had done 4 before wen I was 39 with no success so they felt it was more reasonable now that I'm 42
I believe as long as they are doubling every 2 days its good. Your did more then dbl so thats great! :)
Did you do a 3 day or a 5 day transfer? I see you transferred 4, wow I wish they only let me transfer one 5 day blast, I am still in my tww.

Thanx this is our 2nd cycle...I'm just curious are my hcg levels as good as they seem?
