surrogacy?

Any one thought about being a surrogate? I am thinking about it but don't know a whole lot. My first pregnancy was complicated but my second two weeks ago went perfect. Do you think I would be a canidate?

I have been a Surro and like others have said you have to be in the right mind set.  I enjoyed every minute of it and you are not giving up a baby it was never yours just giving back ..or...just babysitting for 9 months ;)

I think so. I would love to be a surrogate mom. I have had 5 boys...I did lose one but had a set of twin boys and then my now 8 yr old and my almost 7 yr old. I think if you are healthy and your body can handle it, it would be a beautiful thing!

I think that would be a great blessing to anyone who is trying and can't.  Maybe you should look into it.  But like BabyBlue07 said it may be really hard to give up the baby after birth.  Good Luck with your decision.

I doubt many women here would do this as most of us are trying to get pregnant and can't.  I don't think this is the right forum for this forum.

Have you thought about donating your eggs? I was looking into that, it's a great thing to do for many couples out there.

I don't know what to tell you.  If you able to bear a child for someone else, that's a blessing for the couples. The thing is really hard to give up a baby after birth.  You have to mentally prepare for that.

good luck
