Ok well I have been spotting for the last two months (Oct.& Nov.) And takin many many HPT got many neg. & a few faint positives. I'm 33 and had no plans to conceive so wasn't paying attention to cycles but now looking back I'm almost positive i missed Sept. Period all together . I've recently started having bad gas ( sry tmi) bad headaches & feeling what I believe are flutters & now I'm producing colostrum . Could this be the hook effect ?? I went to the doctor Oct. After spotting & getting neg. Results & was just told I was neg. For pregnancy ! But I truly feel I am pregnant so I have made an appt in hopes of figuring out what's going on ! Can anyone help please ??

Im not sure to be honest. I have also heard 50/50.  I can't find much information about it through Google. Dollar store has tests for a dollar. I'd buy a few and experiment. I did find a YouTube video.

I am going this morning to hopefully get beta serum done . my stomach started cramping slightly last night at my son's wrestling tournament & I had vert light pink when wiping again. I had an appointment for next week but I can't wait so here goes will keep you updated !!

I think going to the doctor is a good idea. There maybe a underlying problem. The mind is a powerful thing. If you think your pregnant then it can convince your body even if you are not in fact pregnant. If you think it could be the hook effect, dilute some of your urine and then take a pregnancy test. Hope it all works out for you.
