hello me and my husband have been ttc for nearly 3years it really getting me down im only 20 but im a mature young women. my doctor has told me im not ovulating at all its very low so how will i get pregnant what will i need any advice will be thank ful regards bubbles488

Well have you gone for infertility testing to see what's going on?! Bc I don't ovulate on my own anymore but it's bc I have pcos. So I do fertility drugs to ovulate

i have had problems staying pregnant after having a healthy  baby boy iv had  4 m/c             i just heard about these herbs  (im afraid to take harsh fertility meds )       there called false unicorn root or helonias root    the other you take when you become pregnant its called miscarriage tincture.   iv heard only good things about these in fact they say dont take the unicorn root unless you want a baby, it wouldnt hurt to try them out    im goig to take them as soon as af finishes.you can find these at health food store or online     the online price was 6-15 dollars   not bad in rice at all    good luck

well there are many things you can try first off the least amount of drinking you both do is the best and flaxseed is great for the sperm and for you also take folic acid and prenatal pills that helps too and maca root it is also belived if you carry a green stone with you it will help you concieve ( when i was trying i literally tried everything no matter how stupid haha)  also eat super healthy lots of leafy greens when you get done having sex try to keep your legs and hips levatated dont move all over and dont use the bathroom. dont use just any lube get the lube that helps you to conceive its a little more expensive but worth it regular lube slows down the sperm if you cant afford it use raw egg whites its like the same thing hope this helps
