trying again after miscarriage

hello, tomorrow i have a iui scheduled at 9 am. this will be our first time trying after 5 iui's last year and then a miscarriage on nov 5th, 2012 that was with the 6th iui. this time the dr put me on estrace 2x a day vaginal, menopur @ 450mcg, ganirelix @ 250 mcg and ovidril trigger shot @ 450 mcg...i hope with all these stronger med something gives for the positive. trying to get the worries out of my mind of another miscarriage or a negative and unfortually these 2 fears could be the reality.. wish me luck and i wish all that are tcc to have faith and continue to reach your goal to a new bundle of joy .... i know that if i keep trying it will happen but the heartbreak of losing my first preg was a horrible experience as it is with any preg for anyone... wish ev1 well and a positive happy outcome...

I am so sorry to hear about your miscarraige and your negative blood work results, I know it must be hard. We'll be sending prayers your way for your next IUI to be successful and result in a happy, healthy baby. And also know that there are many women who've had a miscarraige and go on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby afterward.  Stay positive and know that miracles happen every day!

Stay postivie and take care of yourself. I know how difficult miscarriage, i'm actually going through one myself right now.  I had my first IVF in January an my egg was fertilized on 1/24.  i was 3wks when my Beta dropped and was told by my doctoer that this indicates a loss. I'm still bleeding and i think i'm still very hormonal as just thinking about it makes me want to cry.
I wish you all of the best of luck and I will pray that everything works out and you're blessed with a little miricle.

thank you for the encouragement.. the miscarriage was and is still very hard to deal with it but we are moving on to keep trying to have that family.. i have a co-worker who was told she would not ever have any children and she has 3 beautiful children and also endured 2 miscarriages. with that being said i feel alot of hope for all of us to achieve what we all are set out to do for ourselves. positive and miracle and healthy are a priority for me...thank you again...

hello i just recieved my blood work results today and it was negative, very disappointing but cant dwell over something that is not in my control, except to try again on my next cycle hopefully next week i will have my period. i just have this bad feeling that it was all in the timing that was off. just because my body was trying to get back to normal after the miscarriage and it took almost 2 months for me to have a very short period and then this one started and then stopped and then started the next day and lasted 3 days.. my normal period on the fertility meds is 5 days, without the meds prior to the meds was horrible 9 painfull day. but we will be trying again on the next cycle. thank you for asking means alot to have some ask and be interested in what the outcome was... very much apprieciated...

Hi,
How are you? How was your last IUI? Having a miscarriage is indeed a horrible experience and I commend you for trying to stay positive and trying to conceive again after what happened. Try not to lose hope,  because conception is still possible after a miscarriage.  Hope all is well and do keep us posted. Take care and best regards.
