ttc after miscarriage

Dont know if this is the right place for this question.  I found out at 7w5d that my baby had stopped growing at 6w. On 28th August (8w5d) had misoprostol to force it out as was not happening naturally. 1st Sept had ERPC to remove retained products (9w1d). Had a scan in the 12th which showed endometrium was thick possibly due ovulation they saud. 20th to 25th had light spotting. Then on 28th September started periods till 3rd Oct. Exactly the day after my periods finished had sharp pains on both right and left side. Ive had several days of pinching pains from right side. We were told we cud start trying after 1 period. I dont know wgen my O day is now my cycle is out if whack. Any suggestions woukd be great x

i would say that the pains are from the last cycle still.    Your best way to find your o day again would be to either do a home ovulation test or ask for blood tests starting around CD13.
