very frustrated

I feel like I can't catch a break.  I took a month off, so I could try to relax and not be so stressed out.  Yesterday on day 2  I went to the doctors to get my bloods and utrasound.  My bloods were at baseline, which was good.  my utrasound showed I had left over systs.  Sorry I don't know that exact name for them.  I had a 32mm, 13mm and a few small ones.  They told me I can not start this month and that I had to wait a month.  They also told me I had to take birth control pills to help regulate my cycle, so I can't even try naturally.

During my 6 ivf I am going to have the retrival during the first month, but then they are going to freeze all my embryos right after they fertilize.  They will not even have a chance to split.  The second month they are going to thaw them and then they will split and after 3 days I will do the transfer.  I really wanted to start back up this month just because now it going to be 3 more months to see if I pregnant.

I am so sorry!  I can totally relate to your frustration since a cyst postponed my ivf by about a month as well and I was taking b/c for 8 weeks.  Sometimes, it just feels like the hurdles never stop.  I hope your cysts will clear in a month.  (hug)

I wanted to thank both of you for your advice.  The waitting is hard and now that I have to wait longer sucks.  We been trying for a long time and I feel like time is flying by especially that I turn 33 on Sunday.

I am sorry.  I have had my plans blow up in my face before also.  I have had everything perfectly planned with time off just like you and had to cancel my cycle too.  It is so frustrating.  My advice is to try to plan working but make time for afternoon massages and acupunture.  It will keep you more relaxed while the world still keeps moving.  I also try to take on less work or if I can't tell myself that I am just not going to worry if my work is not perfect.  I don't know what you do, but sometimes you can get an intern to help you with some jobs (for free) for a few months to take a load off.  You have to be honest with co-workers and tell them that the months or weeks that you are going through this have to be as low stress as possible and if they can help take a little off of you that you will pay them back later.  This is a family and it is the rest of your life.  It is more important than anything to you.
