Thank you for your support. It is very hard. Tomorrow I will talk with my dr and plan what to do next. I am going to keep trying, girls!!! Without my dh I would go crazy. He is so supportive and optimistic that it will happen to us soon. A few years ago he dreamed that we have 2 boys, they were about the same age (maybe twins?) and he belives that this dream will come true :-)

I know what you mean.  It is crazy to be tested and tried and then to be expected to remain calm and stress free...

I really hate hcg numbers and having to get it tested. It's such a nerve racking experience. I envy those women who have no infertility issues and don't get their hcg tested and the doc doesn't see them till there like 8wks or so. I'm sorry you are going thru this, I pray that your numbers will make a nice big jump. I know its not easy but try to be positive. You know I'm going thru some stressful times to and often have to remind myself that its not over yet, this will be ok. I'm here for you if you need anything!

Thank you. Your words are really helping me stay positive. I am just 3 weeks after iui. I am praying to God, everything is in his hands. I can't wait to see what doctor will say tomorrow. My hpt is positive but very light.
Do you take progesterone?
I am sure you will hear the heart beat of your baby on Monday.
Praying for you too...

I am praying for you.  Tomorrow it will be 4 weeks since my IUI.  I started slow.  first I was 42 then 41 and then 57.  They were sure nothing and this past monday I still had not started my period and they took an ultra sound and saw something implanted so they took another blood test and my hcg was 1155.  I am thanking God.  I know I am not out of the woods yet and see the doctor again on monday.   I pray the same for you.  Nothing is impossible.  My doctor doesn't believe it and is still waiting to see a heart beat which is kind of driving me nuts but I am trying to remain calm and hope for the best.  I will be doing the same for you.  This is my fourth try with fertility.. the first time I didn't ovulate.  The second two didn't take.  I have been trying a long time... Don't give up...  HUGS

Hi Joann. Thank you for your support.
Yes, this was my first iui. I had  natural BFP 2 times before, during a 1 year, but it ended as chemical. And I started to look for help. I was on clomid for 4 cycles. Then I heard about that dr Tsai from New York Hospital Queens and he told me iui or ivf. With no insurance our decision was iui. I was on injectebles and trigger shot. Just one mature follicle on right side and 2 smaller on left.
I am glad it worked but it is too early for happines. I hope my numers will go up. I read some positive stories with low numbers. Maybe it will be my story too?

Thank you lisa. I found a few stories with low numbers and it ended with healthy pregnancies. So  maybe there is a hope for me? I belive that I will be ok and my numbers will go up much , much higher.

I know its difficult to understand why this happens and if it means anything at all.  All I can tell you is try to relax as much as you can.  I truly believe anything can happen.  This is your first IUI?  I think its at least a good sign that you were able to conceive.  I have done 4 iui's and 6 ivf's and none of them resulted in a pregnancy.  However, I do have one frozen embryo that I will be transferring soon.  Its very hard going through this, but try to stay positive and relax.  I know easier said than done.  If you need anything, Im here, just send me a message.  Best of luck to you - sending you tons of baby dust!! Let me know how you make out.  I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.  Oh btw, I only produce one follicle a cycle as well - I did produce about 2 or 3 during IUI - but for the most part, I've been down to one follicle.  Can I ask what dr or clinic you are going to? Joann
