what is hsg

sorry to sound naive but can some one tell me what is a hsg i keep reading about people that have had it done

thanks for the info i think i have had one is it when they put a dye through your tubes and watch it on the x ray if it is then i have had it everything become one big testing blur after a while

I thought it said HCG sorry I did not know what HSG was thanks for the info.

If you are referring to HSG, it is Hysterosalpingogram, is an X-ray test that looks at the inside of the uterus and fallopian tubes and the area around them.

What is hCG?

If you suspect any symptoms of pregnancy like delayed menstrual period, breast tenderness, pelvic pain, and irregular spotting or vomiting, you must get a pregnancy blood test done to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
