Does Fibromyalgia cause weakness in the legs &arms do constant pain

I have fibromyalgia and my whole back is screwed up so in in constant pain all the time.... But, with the fibro I am so sensitive to the touch and I have no energy to do anything because my muscles are exhausted from all the pain. I can't even go up a flight of stairs d ue to my legs have no strength like I just did 5k run and my legs can't carry me any longer. The pain is so strong..... Also I have hip pain that started about 7 months ago to the point I can walk well and it locks up, received an X-ray and they found nothing. They said it can be inflammation, they put me on med's and they are not working. Do you think the weakness in the legs is a symptom for fibromyalgia and how about the hip pain is that the same from fibromyalgia? I do have an appointment with a orthopedic doctor because I also have pain in both of my knees for years now and I can not Neil down and get back up with out someone helping me. ( comes with severe pain ) or climb stairs.  Hopefully you can answer some questions for me.
