Fibro or something else

2014 I was diagnosed with Lyme and given the 14 days of doxy. Retested only one band came back positive so they said I was cured. However, since then I have been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency and take shots. Fibromyalgia, occipital neuralgia, vitamin d deficiency, multi skeletal disorder, depression, and anxiety disorder. My skin breaks out in blisters and bumbs, I also get a reoccurring cyst in my breast that ruptures. It comes every couple months or so. I'm going completely blind at times, fall down from dizziness and loss of balance. I hurt everywhere and have excruciating muscle spasms behind my shoulder blades. I recently had a lumbar puncture and my csf protein came back at 64 which was highlighted in red as high but my neuro said that was insignificant. She gave me injections in my neck and that night I had a seizure. Never had one before. I'm also experiencing weird sensations throughout my body. It feels as if I just used a leaf blower or electric sander and my body is still feeling the vibrations from it. It's in my head, throat, arms, legs, torso. I have so many different things wrong that I don't understand. All my tests keep coming back negative. I believe I still have Lyme do to my high csf protein and on my records my lyme test shows 1.14 and on the index anything higher than 1.10 is Lyme but the doctor says no. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? I'm in the bed more than not these days and Im scared!
