blood work

I have been sick for last 3 months, Not feeling well abdominal pain ( upper abdomen that move to back). I have been check of gallstones, I have had CT scans of abdomen. Just had a endoscopy done it was good, just showed a little inflammation. I was in the hospital for 2 day and they steal can't figure out what is going on. I have lost 20 pound in 2 and half months because I don't feel like eating no appetite. I have been weak and just feeling real bad or not well. I have not had a fever but I do get chills. Had blood work done and my WBC was 2.6,Monocytes automated was high 21.7, Absolute Lymph automated low 0.7. Absolute Seg automated was low 1.3.

I had small trace of bilirubine in my urine, traces of leukocytes esterase, keytons, wbc 10-25,rbc2-5,epithelial cells -many, few bacteria, and large mucous. My total protein cout was high 9.1, my bilirubin total was high 1.5

My  neutrophils manual low 56, lymphocytes manual high 39, and my monocytes manual was low at 1.

I know this is a lot to take in but can anyone help or the doctors figure out what is going on. I was test for HIV about a month ago. All my other blood work was in the normal rage. CT was negitive as well as plain x ray. I need some answers if you can help it will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I had a gallbladder function test it was negative. I all had a scan that look at my liver and it was negative. Just yesterday I started running a low grade fever 99-100.5. But it come and goes, the doctor do not know what is wrong with me and that in it self become a problem for me. However, the NP at my doctors office said it could be my colon. And the ER doctor said last nite that it could have something to do with a virus in my bone marrow because my WBC are always going up and down. He said at some point my doctors might need to do a bone morrow biopsy. I think I'm going to check with the kidneys and colon first before my bone marrow. I don't know what the problem is but I know I'm not well and everyone can see that. I am so tired of being sick. I just want some answers. Thanks

Hi there, I am not a doctor but I have become familiar with blood tests over the years and it sounds to me like you have some kind of infection.  The presence of blood in your urine can indicate infection of the urinary tract or the kidneys.  I have had kidney infections before and the infection itself would not show up on a CT and mine caused the same symptoms that you are describing.  Did they check your kidneys?  Bilirubin in the urine is what causes jaundice in high amounts.  Yours is a trace amount but could also be an indication that it's your kidneys.  High bilirubin in the blood can indicate Hepatitis which also affects the kidneys.  Did they test you for this?  I'm not sure if you were talking about your urine or blood with your high protein but if it was your urine than that is also an indication something is going on.  You shouldn't have any protein in your urine.  Has your doctor talked to you about these blood test results?  I would be curious to hear what they had to say.

You also said they checked your gallbladder for stones but did they do a gallbladder function test?  I also had your symptoms when I found out that my gallbladder was only working at 22% and had to have it removed.  That wouldn't have shown up on a CT or ultrasound.  It a scan with dye to see how the gallbladder works.  Good luck, I hope this helps some.  Be persistent and hopefully you will get some answers.
