Wanting a Doctor who understands

I live in Fort Wayne In. Trying to find a doctor who will give me the time of day, I am in pain all the time
I have every sympton of the diease that is out there. Does anyone know of a doctor in this area that is familar with
fibro?  My worse part of all this is that I have liver diease also and can't take much pain meds.

That is the main complaint when having any illness that presents with so many different  syndromes.  We all want someone who will listen and actually hear what we are saying.  Here is a link to a few more Rheumatologists in your area.  I pray you find someone who will give you the help you deserve.

Dr. Steven Ko, at the Heart Center in Fort Wayne, is a Rhumatologist who has helped me quite a bit with my Fibro/CFS.  He spends time with you and seems to listen to what you have to say.  He is really, really, nice, so his waiting list for seeing new patients is kind of long, but I think he is worth it.  If he isn't sure what to do with your problem, he won't "experiment" on you; he'll refer you to a specialist who he thinks will best help you.
