Myofascial pain syndrome?
dream109
I have trigger points under my shoulder blade. For me it came from repeatedly walking to work for a few miles with a heavy backpack. I've had the burning pain (which increases when I lean on my shoulder or exercise) for over 5 years. I've had physio twice but the muscle is too inflamed for them to do anything. So, they're sending me to pain management to get injections. If you can, go to a physiotherapist or someone who can try and see if there's trigger points that are not too sore to work on before it becomes too inflamed. Good luck!
Hey there so I experience that all the time. It’s awful and i’m a chef so there is no chance to rest. I take CBD it is the no psychoactive part of CBD. I have to take this instead of traditional meds because I’m clean so I can’t have most pain meds. It helps, and it’s legal. They have CBD salve, pills, gummies, and so on and it truly helps. Give it a shot and see how that helps with your pain!
