Is neuropathy and neuritis the same?

Neuritis is a type of Neuropathy.

anything that affects the nerves is a Neuro-pathy. not necessarily nerve damage.

No they're not the same.
Neuropathy is the disorder associated with the  damage of nerves.
Neuritis is the inflammation of nerves.
