I think the "cocktail" is different for every person. It's up to you and your doctor to find the right "cocktail" for you. ;)

I never heard of it either but I have been taking the supplements you listed for years and have not seen any improvement.  My problems are most likely related to Lyme.

I just read this post, and I was on Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Topamax. The Topamax helped with my headaches and neck pain.. the combo of the 3 scripts worked well for me. I woke up about a week or 2 after starting all 3 drugs, and I cried b/c I could stand righ up when I woke up and I didn't walk hunched for a little while that day. I'm not on the drugs now b/c i;m trying to get pregnany (anoooother loong story).

Yes I have heard of the cocktail,  I just got out of trials for a new drug and until the trials are over they recommended I get on the cocktail... University of Michigan Fibromylgia Clinic says its Klonopin - Cymbalta and Flexeril.   Hope this helps.
