pain getting worse

Ok i have had fibro for about 3 yrs now and just got "officially" diagnosed a yr ago. I have been seening pain management doc for a couple months now and i take moloxicam and the smallest dose of norco (2.5) i have taking it for almost 2 months now and it helps with my pain but only for about an hr to hr and a half. Im only supposed to take 2.5  four times a day but my pain is getting worse and now im getting burning sensations along with the regular pain i usually get (which the burning seems to increase my pain from a 6 to about a 8 1/2) and thats with taking my pain meds. In the contract i had to sign it said that i cant call his office about prescriptions. Im wanting him to up my pain meds tho for the fact of the dose im on isnt really doing crap. The dentist has given me stronger meds then my pain med doc does. So what do i do to get my problem addressed without him thinking im an addict or that.  Im lyin when im not. I want my pain to be relieved!!!!! Im 20 yrs old and im crying sometimes cuz i hurt so badly. Granted bein on pain pills forever isnt gonna actually solve it but it will help me! Please someone give me some sort of advice on how to address this with doc without him thinking im an addict and how i should word on the phone when speaking to receptionist on whats going on please please!! :/

Right now I have an appointment with a rheumatologist in May so that's when I am going to get more tests done. I already know at least 10 things that i don't have like Lupus and Lyme for example. I do take muscle relaxers but they don't do much at all and i do take an anti depressant. Everything combined i take 5 different pills on top of yoga and a tens machine ( electrode machine)  Medical marijuana isn't legal in Indiana :/ I don't expect the pain pills to take it away completely.

Believe it or not Fibromyalgia is really not a disease but a description of a collection of symptoms. You may have an underlying disease developing, anything from Lyme to Lupus to rheumatoid arthritis. It is going to be important to find out what you have and how you got it in order to properly treat it. You are young and this may take time as your symptoms unfold. (I got Lyme when I was nineteen and it was many years before being properly diagnosed.) It is important to remain calm and meditate quietly. Pain pills can be combined with muscle relaxants ,aspirins and anti-depressants like Surmontil which gets rid of a lot pain on its own. In the long run you can not expect pain meds to completely address the problem since they cause  constipation and stomach distress you will be limited on how many you can take. (Medical marijuana drops can help with stomach and relax muscles without getting you high. ) If you live where legal.
