why is no one listening to me
help me please?i am at my wits end .noone is listeneing to me esp my GP.
he wont refer me to a gynaecologist(says HE CANT-which is not a reason)-when i saw my gynaecologist in sept i asked if he can speak to him about my abdomen as it may be a cyst(i believe it is cos of stories i ahve read on various forums on websites.)he said to get gP to refer me back to him he wont refer me to a gynaecologist(says HE CANT-which is not a reason)-(despite telling him my abdomen has increased by another 3" and is harder lumpier more painful and sore heWILL NOT listen and has said "IT IS JUST YOUR STOMACH)as far as i kknow my stomach is in my upper abdomen th epain etc is mostly in my lower abdomen and some middle.i cannot sleep fro the pain and discomfort and the tightening around my ribs is worse i am in pain all day and i cannot do anything chores etc taht involve bending over or bending down i also told my gp taht i wa sunable to eat much just having breakfast cereal in am and a small lunch which i couldnt always eat ,.this again fell on deaf ears..I struggle to walk my dogs,
th epain has spread to my groin area and i have been doubled up in pain from this.
also i ahve been suffering further pain and more hard lumps in my legs and arms so he did agree to refer me to a rheumatologist .i told dr i could have dercums disease(he said he has never heard of this)cos of symptons and lumps in belly.when i checked my appt the request he had put wa sfro joint surgery.this wa sneve rmentioned to me and altho my joints are painful and i do ahve a form of arthritis )it is muscular and nerve pain in joints .i am crying everyday cos of painand discomfort and noone (not even my family)will listen to me.it is stressing my dogs out and i want to go to A&E btu cannot abandon my dogs and cannot get them into kennels until next week.i am desperate

they are required by law to give you your medical records, they are your property.
thank you for your reply Trudie.i ahve seen anotehr GP re something else abd he said wait itl see rheumatologist but taht is in 3 weeks time and i dont think i can suffer the pain and discomfort taht long. plus today i could barely walk on my left leg it hurt so much a problem when my dog likes a long walk in mornign.
If your scans are negative (assume you have had ultrasounds and a CT) then get a new GP but hopefully your rheumatologist can help. They generally look at the whole body. In the mean time try eliminating gluten from your diet and see if some things improve. I feel for you.
they allsay no but i havent seen any of the scan results or xray results.tehy wouldnt let me see them.
It's bizaar that what you have is so obvious yet nobody will listen.

went to A&E(ER)yestreday only to come home with no more answers.test sclear and stil having pain soreness and discomfort in abdomen /ribs.size of abdomen (45" and looking 7 months pregnant )shul;d be enough to see it is something
went to A&El btu still same despite telling all symtpons and areas of pain.tests clear .having read othr blogs it has to be a cyst,still no answers fro pain soreness etc.surely size of abdomen is enough to see it is something.very tired today asnd walking the dogs wa sa real struggle.in so much pan afetr 2 minutes of walking
