Acid and bloating after bowel movements

Hi,
Neither gastroenterologist I’ve ever had has known the direct reason of one of the problems I’m having. Whenever I have a bowel movement, right after my stomach feels acidic and then I bloat up. If it was a small movement it’s a correlating small amount of acid and bloat.
But often, as I have IBS, I have bowel movements that have painful cramping and then a “purge” ending in a lot of diarrhea. Then my stomach is flooded with acid and incredibly painful bloating follows that takes almost a week to go away. By then it’s just about time to start again.
I’ve tried taking stomach acid pills after bowel movements, but it doesn’t seem to make a significant dent. I’m not sure if a daily stomach acid pill is for me as I only need it occasionally.
My Dr’s say it must be something with the IBS, but I feel like something very specific is going wrong. If I understood the connection, maybe I could prevent it.

My other diagnoses are SIBO, borderline gastroparesis, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Thank you for any thoughts!
