B12 deficiency?

Hi everyone.
I am a Gerd patient for some time.. I am using Nexium for a while, and I know it is associated with B12 deficiency. But also I am taking One a day daily which has 18mcg and that is 300% B12 of the recommended daily value. Do you think I am ruling out this B12 deficiency with this combination?

whatever. this is a dead forum anyway. No wonder nobody is hanging out here anymore when moderator is jumping to everything for no reason.

We don't permit advice regarding dosages in our forums, and that includes vitamins -- they carry a potential for overdose or side effects and interactions, just like any other medication..  We have no way of knowing a member's full medical history, so we always suggest you talk with your doctor.

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.

Your Dr would be better at saying what dose of a vitamin would be best for you.....talk to him/her for advice on this as we are all different and require different amounts.....
