Hi there,

As I was reading your post I thought to myself:  how do you eat an Elephant?  The answer is:  bit by bit as you have to start somewhere to reach your goal!

and your goal is to get better, be healthy and sleep better.

You obviously have digestive and stomach problems and all the other symptoms could be non-specific or related.  You need to start by seeing a Gastro Ent. and have some basic tests done, i.e. Colonoscopy, Endoscopy and blood tests.  Then you tackle each problem one by one.

Hope this helps :)
