Can acid reflux cause pain in armpit shoulder

I was doing so well for a year, it was like my acid reflux was gone for good. Then this year my birthday in January and things started falling apart.
My reflux is definitely triggered by fatty food, alcohol and I over indulged a bit, it was my bday. Then I think there was a bout of food poisoning. I woke up with this chest pain I have never experienced. Things kept getting worse, took some antibiotics they calmed down for a bit, I started feeling normal again. As soon as I was done, it started going downhill again. I am on low fodmap diet. Doctor is sending me for h pylori. But it does not feel like reflux, there's no chest burn, coughing. But yes there's a constant gnawing pain on my side upto my shoulder and it's killing me. Today was especially bad, it hasn't calmed down even for a bit. It has just been there continuously all day long. It's radiating from my shoulder to my back, my left side is completely sore. I have taken a Tylenol but it's not working. I just want to feel pain free again, it's been over a month now :(
