Sideeffects of taking Esomeprazole

Hello,

I am taking Esomeprazole for several weeks. Recently I learned that it can reduce uptake of calcium and have a negative effect on bones. After how long period of taking Esomeprazole this negative effect can occur? How about with other parts of body having calcium, e.g., teeth, quality of saliva, muscle contraction, etc?
