General malaise

Hi, apologies in advance for this being really long. I am a 32 year old male with numerous symptoms, the main ones being extreme lightheadedness and feeling extremely faint, when i talk to people or look at things it's as though  they are not really there, kinda hard to explain. It's as though i'm in another world or a dream. It is there 24/7 and never goes away i've just accepted it as 'normal'. I looked into depersonalization but i'm not really sure. I have had this since i was about 12. I could put up with the lightheadedness, feeling faint and dizziness as it wasn't that bad, i used to be very active, played sports etc. and it never affected me before but in the last 4 years it has gotten alot worse and is affecting my everyday life so bad. I feel like i'm just existing. When it got worse i noticed that i was having alot of stomach discomfort, no pain or anything, just this weird discomfort and the lightheadedness and dizziness, dream like state etc. got alot worse too. I thought that it was maybe a stomach bug or something and that it would go away in a week or 2 but has stayed ever since. I also became intolerant to exercise. I used to be very active, hitting the gym 4-5 times a week but i was floored for days after 1 minor workout. I have had full blood counts, all came back normal, although one time years ago it came up i was 'slightly anemic' and it's never shown up again since. I also suffer from extreme ectopic beats. This has been going on for around 18 months now, i am getting hundreds a day.I used to get them when i was younger but hardly ever compared to now. I have had multiple ecg's, 24 hr tapes and i just recently had an echo which was normal. I am on procorolan to slow down my heart rate as dr thought i was getting beats cause it was too fast but i'm still getting alot of ectopics although the procoloran has slowed my heart rate down. I also sometimes get a fluttering sensation in my chest and it literally feels like i'm going to collapse at the time and i have to sit down if i am out. It usually passes in 2-3 minutes but my heart rate feels very erratic as though there is a butterfly in my chest. This is very rare though and has probably only happened to me about 5 times. It has never been caught on any tests though and it does worry me. I don't know whether to ask for any more tests, maybe something is up with the electrical system. I generally just feel really ill, no energy, very fatigued along with this lightheadedness and faint feeling/dizziness. It is driving me mad, holding down a job is out of the question. Dr has mentioned anxiety but i know this is not in my head. Another thing while i remember is that when i exercise, which is for around 5 minutes cause i can manage so little, i feel extremely faint, even more so than usual and i go a chalk white/grey colour. I have also been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I get chest pain alot when resting and it can also wake me up during the night it is really bad. I think that is the hernia but sometimes i wonder with all the other stuff going on with my heart. I used to get chest pain when exercising and i had the stress test which of course came back normal. And now i'm getting it with rest, it's all just a nightmare. Sorry for long rant, just making sure i don't forget anything. I would appreciate any help, cheers, Dan

Look into GERD, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, infection such as Epstein Barr Virus and Chronic Fatigue issues. If all other tests are fine.
