Have had phlegm in throat and difficulty swallowing for 2 weeks. Dr said I have LPR. Been on this medication for 5 days and still have phlegm.

From Google search: You should start to feel better within 2 to 3 days. It may take up to 4 weeks for pantoprazole to work properly so you may still have some symptoms during this time.
