I was coughing blood and diagnosed with GERD, bleeding didnt stop yet

Hi, Im 27 female once i spotted blood in my cough then ran multiple tests and got diagnosed with bronchitis then problem didnt solve i didnt stop bleeding cough then diagnosed with grade A oesophagitis and antral gastritis, i went through multiple treatments and doctor stopped my medication now after 5 months and yet im bleeding while i cough I don't understand if its normal or something serious my doctor paid less attention towards it.
My vitamin D level is 8.99 and Iron level is 27 am I suffering due to low level of viramin D or when i was fine i overdrank alcohol one night and smoke a pack Of cigarette and weed and experienced heavy vomitting for whole night very heavy it gave my stomach pain for next few days after 10 days i started bleeding is it because of that please help me to suggest whats the cause and how to heal it.
