Lump Feeling and Gurgling on my throat?

Globus hystericus or GERD?

I have have a lump sensation and tightness on and off in my throat also I experience a gurgling sensation when I swallow water, saliva or after eating, I had the gurgling sound since I was a kid, but for the past 3 weeks is been constantly. It feels like an air bubble or burp is stuck in my throat. But I can't burb normally so I have to stick my fingers in my mouth to burb, sometimes come with hiccups. I was on nexium for a couple of weeks thinking maybe is acid reflux but it doesn’t help with these symptoms.

Btw. I never had a heartburn

I'm having an endoscopy next week, but I'm very nervous about the results. I can't even sleep.

any advice??
