Palpitations and urgent passing of urine.

Hi, can anyone tell me if they get this reaction ?   Sometimes when my heart races so much I can only lie down, I am also needing to pass a huge amount of urine,  perhaps 3 times going to the toilet.  This is so awful, as I havn't got the strength really to even walk there.  Also I feel completely exhuasted for a good 48 hours, and can eat nothing.

I would like to add to my post (sheila 41)    that after an issue above,  I naturally become seriously de-hydrated, I don't know if this is what makes me so exhausted for so long.   Any comments welcome. Bye.
