Vomitiing sensation, gagging feeling, and choking or dry heaving type cough

I feel the urge to vomit constantly. It is this feeling concentrated in my mouth and throat that feels something like wanting to gag or a mild choking sensation. It feels i have to constantly supress whatever it is usually by sucking on nothing (think life saver) or constantly drinking water. Chewing gum helps maybe as a distraction sometimes. If I stop doing the things I mentioned, I will have this horrible eyes popping out of my head cough that won't stop until I either drink water or do that lip pursing/sucking thing I mentioned. Sometimes this is paired with typical nausea and other times it's just in the mouth/throat.

I have seen a nurse practitioner that reccomended allergy meds and omeprazole. This did not help in the least. Two ENTs both also reccomended omeprazole and nasal spray, still didn't work. They each put a camera down my throat and see some sign of acid reflux but it sounds like both of them were not convinced that's what is causing this feeling to this degree. I have been referred to  GI specialist. I have a wedding soon and I don't want to feel miserable like I have the last 8 months on that day. I wake up with it, go to bed with it, and live with it to varying degrees constantly. I'm fed up with it and I feel like im the only person in the world to have this exact symptoms.

I feel your pain. I constantly feel the sensation in the bottom of my throat. That makes me wanna cough and feel like I have throw up. The ENT say it’s GERD but this feeling is horrible and uncomfortable. I hope all the best for you.
