What treatment can i expect from my condition?

I recently had symptoms of GERD so i was sent for an endoscope and these are the findings.
1.Oesophagitis.
2.4cm Hiatus Hernia.
3.Reflux of gastric contents with prolapse of stomach.
4.Angle of His blunt (60 degrees+)

The main reason im asking is that i was given a print out of my finding with images of my gut and told we will discuss this in my next visit which tbh i have no idea when it could be. I may be wrong but i dont like the look of the prolapse stomach or the hernia and i have no idea what the treatments for this may be.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Andy
