I feel pain in my upper left and right abdomen??

I am a 22 yo male. From past month I have been feeling mild pain in both upper left and upper right abdomen after eating which stays there for about 1-2 hrs and then go away own its own (while this happens I feel movement of fluids in my stomach and gets couple of burps) .this pain is like it made me to squeeze my stomach to relax and urges me to lie down on belly. This pain never escalate to higher intensity. What is the reason behind and how to treat it?
