Adenomyomatosis of gallbladder

I had recently gone to a gastroenterologist with some concerns about my stomach. I'm a very healthy eater, vegetarian, minimal cheese, gluten intolerant, and still having lots of trouble digesting food. Constant bloating, reflux and indigestion. The dr ordered an ultrasound of the abdomen. The report reads as such: "There is extensive abnormality of the gallbladder with diffuse gallbladder wall thickening associated with extensive mural echogenicity and comet-tail artifacts characteristic of severe adenomyomatosis. No calculi are identified. The degree of wall thickening is asymmetric and most pronounced within the body of the gallbladder."
Is there anything I can do to salvage my gallbladder? medication, diet, homeopathic remedies, etc.
Please help....
