Pain after the removal of gallnladder pain and ERCP ?

Hi
I was admitted to the Hospital on March 31, 2017. I had horrible pain on right side and had diarrhea. When I got to the hospital, I was septic. My heartrate was very high. They started me on the usesal IV fluids, and antibiotics. They put me in ICU for the night and the next day I was on a Telemetry floor. I was in the hospital for 6 days with out any food  as I was on 7 IV bags of anitbiotics, ect. I was told that I had stones fell into my bile duct, and the had to keep giving me MRI's, ultrasounds to find out where the stones were. On the 5th day I had my gallbladder out with an ERCP. Since that day, I have been fine until today. I have been having  almost the same pain as I was having before my gallbladder  was out. Is this liver pain? Is this phantom pain? What is this? I'm really concerned.
