Could this be gallbladder?

I have right side abdominal discomfort.  It began in the epigastric area of my stomach and over to the right a little.  I was also having acid reflux daily.  I went to my family doctor and she put me on medicine for acid reflux.  The pain/discomfort I was feeling up high improved, but now I have an inflamed type feeling that begins beside my right ribs up high in the gastric area and goes all the way down my abdomen on the right side to my pelvic area.  It's almost like my intestine or whatever is in that area feels inflamed on the inside.  My bm's have been regular except for having a rigid line down them.  Also, I battle with constipation often.  I have had no nausea, no vomiting, no diarrhea, and no blood in stool.  Also, my family doctor ran a full blood panel on me and all was normal.
I am supposed to go see my family doctor for a follow up later this month.  Has anyone had a feeling like their entire right abdominal area from up high to down low is inflamed?

Does it become worse if you eat fatty foods? I've had all kinds of feelings such as these with  my stones. It can feel like the whole lower abdomen is unhappy.

Fatty foods don't make mine any worse. Sometimes just eating something will make me feel better. I had an ultrasound today and it showed that I have no stones and everything appears normal except for my right ovary being up higher than my left. The ultrasound tech said that happens with ovaries though and isn't concerning.
