Gallbladder? Elevated Liver bloodwork. Frustrated.

I have been having issues in what I thought was maybe my stomach, because it was in the center of my body. However, not realizing that also the Gallbladder is there as well. I have pain in the very top of my "stomach" region, right below my sternum/ribcage, dead center, slightly to my right. I get sharp pains after eating at times, like a stabbing feeling, sometimes just randomly, will bloat, get very gassy, have an extreme burning sensation like it's literally lit on fire. The extreme pain sometimes is worse than others and I have to lay down. I will go days without using the restroom fully, and will just have pebbles. My Gastro prescribed me a new reflux medication, it’s changed nothing. They tested me for an ulcer, that was negative.

My bloodwork back in October showed the following:
MCV (Flagged H) 101fl
RDW (Flagged L) 11.5%
Alkaline Phosphatase (Flagged L) 41IU/L

My bloodwork in January showed the following:
MCV (Flagged H) 102fl
MCH (Flagged H) 33.1 pg
RDW (Flagged L) 11.5%
Albumin/Globulin Ratio (Flagged H) 2.3
Alkaline Phosphatase (Flagged L) 38IU/L
ALT (SGPT) (Flagged H) 45IU/L

I had an ultrasound done last week which showed that my liver/kidneys/aorta are “unremarkable,” but my gallbladder showed I had “sludge.” From there my doctor ordered a HIDA scan. The man that did my scan told me that I showed 85%. I don’t really know what that means. I’m awaiting to hear from my doctor with everything. However, does this sound like my gallbladder or something else? The tech that did the HIDA test lead me to believer that my gallbladder is working perfectly fine. If that’s the case, why is there “sludge” in my gallbladder and what is causing me this pain and discomfort? Every day I worry about what to eat because I’m going to end up with some sort of pain/discomfort. He told me that during the test, if my gallbladder wasn’t working properly I would’ve had extreme discomfort. I had discomfort, but nothing I couldn’t handle. I felt like my stomach was rumbling, and then felt extremely nauseas. Any direction would be great.
