Gallbladder Symptoms, but all tests are negative

Need some help/insight into what possibly could be going on.  Over the past 3 weeks, I've experienced Gallbladder Attack symptoms 4-5 times.  The first time that I had an attack, I had a greasy meal (chicken fried chicken...yum, but oh was it a mistake!).  I typically eat very well, low fat foods, but occassionaly have the good stuff!   An hour after I ate, I started having some pretty bad middle back pain that slowly started radiating to the middle and right side of my abdomen.  No matter what position I put myself in, the pain got worse and felt like something inside me was going to burst.  Even my chest hurt.  I was almost convinced that maybe I was having a heart attack, but that wasn't the case.  Felt very nauseous, but didn't throw up.  After 20 min of severe dibilitating pain, it slowly subsided and stopped.  I was completely wiped out from it and felt sick.  The second and third time this happened, the attack came on and I ended up throwing up because the pain was so bad.  The pain is almost comparable to back labor that I experienced with my son...it's just terrible.  I've been awoken at 1 a.m. by an attack as well..... Anyways, this has happened now 4-5 times and sent me to the ER once.  I'm very stubborn, so I don't go to the ER unless it's that bad.  Most attacks I just suffered thru until they subside.

My DR has done all lab work, Ultrasound, CT, and this past Tuesday, did the HIDA test.  All test came back "normal".  What in the world is causing this?  I've read a little that there still could be something wrong with my gallbladder, but I really don't know what to do.  I'm scared of having more attacks and is not how I want to live!!  My EF from the HIDA scan read 85%, and yes, during the test when they did the CCK I did experience the same symptoms when I have an attack...just milder.   Pain and discomfort in my middle back and middle/right abdomen.  Not to mention felt extremely sick after the HIDA and couldn't eat.   That's another thing...my appetite is gone.  I don't eat much anymore, partly because I'm scared to, and partly because I feel full fast.

Any suggestions or help/guidance to make me feel like I'm not crazy would be much appreciated.  My DR is completely booked up for another 3 weeks, so getting some answers is going to take awhile.  I'm tired.
