Gallbladder and migraines

Hello,
I suffer from horrible migraines weekly. I saw a new doctor today for some painrelief and she has ordered an ultrasound of my gallbladder.
Has anyone had headache and vomiting as a symptom? I also have, although not as often anymore, pain under my right ribs, I can’t eat anything fatty without instantly feeling nauseous, slightly elevated liver enzymes for years, acid reflux. And my stomach crashes frequently (diarrhea).

Does anyone recognize this and what was it? It’s been such a long time for me with these weird health issue and I’m so relieved this doctor actually reacted and responded.

The symptoms you describe below, seem like many who have GB issues and are similar to mine when my GB decides to not want to behave.

I thought so as well. I had an ultrasound last week though and my gall bladder was doing fab. Very happy about that but back to square one it is.
