HIDA scan < 5 percent, feel much worse after scan

I had a HIDA scan and have felt significantly worse after the scan than before. After the results, my GI doctor and primary doctor suggested removing my gallbladder. Since the scan, I've had more pains than before and I'm wanting to know what the chances are that something else is wrong with my digestive system in addition to gallbladder issues? Does it also seem like removing my gallbladder is the best thing to do? Below are more details.

The HIDA scan results showed an ejection fraction less than 5% (very low). This is the summary of what's happened since.

Several weeks leading up to the scan:
- occasional severe gas and bloating after eating
- rarely stomach pain

0 - 36 hours after scan:
- horrible headache and felt very sick and extremely sleepy, no fever, crackers and water only

48 hours after scan to present:
- significant pain in upper right side at random times, even at night
- moderate pain (cramping, bloating) in upper left side, sometimes minutes after drinking anything with sugar in it
- pain in mid right side of back, feels sore like muscle was worked out even though it wasn't
- last night, moderate pain in lower left quadrant shooting down to bladder

About me:
Early 30s
Sedimentary lifestyle
BMI of 22, normal blood pressure, pulse, bloodwork
Celiac
