MRI Impression readings; Liver/Gallbladder

Trying to understand this if anyone can help would be very greatful.

Impression:

1. Post cholecystectomy status, without loculated fluid collections in

the gallbladder fossa.

2. Mild central and right intrahepatic biliary tree prominence,

without associated T2 signal abnormalities or delayed enhancement to

suggest infectious/inflammatory cholangitis. Findings may be of post

surgical origin.

3. Extreme heterogeneous enhancement of the liver on early arterial

phase of imaging, with equilibration on portal venous and delayed

phases, findings likely due to perfusional etiology.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The report states, that post gallbladder removal surgery, there is no evidence of fluid collection in the fossa (the area where the gallbladder was). There is prominence of the intrahepatic biliary tree, which is normal after gallbladder removal. There is prominence of the arteries and portal venous system of the liver.  This has to be correlated with clinical symptoms and liver function tests.
