Large common bile duct

Should I be concerned about a 17 mm common bile duct (CT revealed this and MRI was recommended).  MRI was last week but results are not back yet.  Gallbladder was removed in Feb 2021 but I’m having pain in RUQ and bloating in upper abdominal area as well.
