I had uterohydronephrosis and it is OUCHIES!!!!!!!!!! Never experienced pain like that in my life ... worse than my GB attacks!
I too continued to have nausea after gallbladder was removed. The only difference was it was constant, just not as severe as it was when my GB was malfunctioning. I found that I could eat fruit and vegetables and later was able to introduct other foods as my system had time to heal.
For me the nausea got worse and worse until I went into throwing up repeatedly. It ended up being hydronephrosis. I DID need my GB out, it was NOT functioning at all. But I had oodles of other things going on.
It certainly wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.
I would go to see what is going on, if it were me. Sometimes it takes a while for things to settle down but this seems like a long time with no relief of the symptoms you describe. I'm not a doctor, just a patient like you so just my thoughts.
