How does biliary dyskinesia cause nausea? Is gallbladder removal a viable option?

I have been suffering from chronic nausea since very young. I sometime wake up soon after I sleep with nausea so intense I feel like I will vomit at any moment but I never do. This used to happen rarely, maybe once a year, but it has been happening more often and even happened twice in the last to months. I was recently diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia, but given no real information about how this is making me nauseous. I was also told the only possible solution was removing the gallbladder but that it may not even help. Can someone please explain how biliary dyskenia might cause nausea and how removing the gallbladder might help?
