Help! Diagnosed with Gall Stones. Worsening symptoms.

Hi I've been having symtoms for the past year now. I finally went to the doctor two weeks ago thinking I had endrometriosis or something. I described my symtoms and she ordered me to get a ultrasound. Which showed gallstones.

This past week and a half my symtoms have gotten much much much worse. I've also developed some new symtoms which the doctors don't think are related. They seem to think I am exaggerating the intensity of my symtoms and that I can't possibly be suffering everyday from attacks after eating the bland diet food they told me to in minimal amounts.
I've lost two pounds in a week cause I'm barely eating.

I'm starting to think I'm going crazy.
I just went to the surgeon appointment that I got after going to the ER on Saturday. The ER doctor was the only doctor whos taken me seriously. She even apologized to me and said she asked the on call surgeon twice and "he won't bite" She said unless it's infected he won't take it out right now. She told me I need it out asap and that at this point anything I eat is going to trigger it. Which I already knew. She also said she is very worried I'm in the beginning stages of infection and the blood results won't pick it up yet. I went there on Saturday. Since then my symtoms have gotten worse.
Surgeon says I can't possibly be having a attack after eating what I am. And that Tylenol should be helping and he doesn't understand why the ER prescribed something different.

This past week I have been suffering from severe stomach pain, severe nausua and dry heaving, lightheadedness I feel quite sure sometimes that I am going to pass out, dizziness, severe migraine, weakness, a weird feeling I cannot find the words to describe, sharp pains in my lower and upper back, both my shoulders and sometimes my chest as well, my chest feels very heavy like something is sitting on top of it, I am extremely fatigued, and if I eat to much of anything at once or am feeling very hungry from barely eating and eat a tiny bowl of oatmeal I end up getting all of these symptoms on a very severe level on top of a weird (heart jumping out of your chest feeling). Also both ER doctor and surgeon doctor today pushed on I guess the area my gallbladder is and each time I immediately felt a warm flushing feeling at well as nausea and pain.

I have a appointment in two weeks to get it removed but I'm worried something is very wrong and no one will look into it because they can't be bothered.
